Store Policy

We greatly value your satisfaction. 


If for any reason you feel your order is not up to your standard of quality, please notify us via email. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items for an exchange or store credit.


There will be no refunds provided; only store credit provide to customer.

Custom orders:

There are absolutely no refunds provided on custom products. If an order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us so we can further assist you! 

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be credited; unfortunately, sale items cannot be credited or exchanged. 



Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 



All items must be in their original condition, original packaging with tags, and sanitary protection. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the delivery for a full store credit minus shipping charges. Items sent back after the 7 day period will not be able to be credited.
