Inspiration
Since April 2019, Lula's Candle Co.'s mission has been to bring light to those in need of love, self-care, peace, and healing. Whether you have lost a loved one, are battling a disease, seeking mental clarity or simply a lover of candles, we aim to spread love and support through luxury, handcrafted soy candles, room mists, and reed diffusers.
On April 23, 2022, Courtney (CEO and Founder of Lula's Candle Co.) officially became a member of the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. As she approached her very first Founders Day, she was inspired to create something that celebrate all the dynamic women she's met along her journey. Something that represents that sisterhood (strength, beauty, elegance, and hearts of service in all the women she has built friendships with) - not only as a new member of this organization, but also as a new mom and entrepreneur.
All of these things are the inspiration behind each fragrance in this collection. Sisterhood was officially launched in January 2023 and Fortitude was introduced in January 2024.

What does Sisterhood smell like?
A seductive blend of aromatic herbs, warm amber, and florals, Black Violet and Saffron is a luxury fragrance. This scent is a unique blend of fragrances with notes of bergamot and geranium that fade into a bouquet of rose and violet with a woodsy, rich base of saffron with a hint of leather.

What does Fortitude smell like?
An exotic blend of egyptian amber and elegant french lavender creates the heart of this rich and comforting scent; Egyptian Amber and Lavender is a luxury fragrance. Hints of tonka bean and myrrh blend to add sophistication, creating the ideal balance of sweet floral and warm earthy notes.
