Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received and sent via USPS (First Class Mail and Priority Mail) from Atlanta, GA. Since our products are handmade, unfortunately, we cannot ship using Priority Mail Express.

 

USPS transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. During the busy fall and holiday season, USPS may experience delays that are out of our control. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time! However,  we look to expand internationally soon! Be sure to subscribe to see the latest updates when we do!

What shipping method do you use?

Currently, we use USPS First Class and Priority Mail to ship all of our products. 

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders, generally are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Depending on the amount of candles per order processing times can vary (Holidays + Weekends are excluded).

Will I received a confirmation number to track my package?

Yes! You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Once orders are shipped and the tracking number provided, USPS is your point of contact for any delivery questions or issues.

My order status shows as delivered but I never received anything. What do I do?

Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands. If it says your items were delivered, but you did not receive anything, the next step would be to call USPS.
