Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received and sent via USPS (Priority Mail) from Atlanta, GA. Since our products are handmade, unfortunately, we cannot ship using Priority Mail Express.

 

USPS transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. During the busy fall and holiday season, USPS may experience delays that are out of our control. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, please expect some slight shipping delays that are out of our control. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time! However,  we look to expand internationally soon! Be sure to subscribe to see the latest updates when we do!

What shipping method do you use?

Currently, we use USPS Priority Mail to ship all of our products. 

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

 

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 5-7 days for production. Please keep this in mind when ordering for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries or holidays. Depending on the amount of items per order processing times can vary (Holidays + Weekends are excluded); all items will be shipped 5-7 days AFTER production via USPS Priority Mail.

Will I received a confirmation number to track my package?

Yes! You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Once orders are shipped and the tracking number provided, USPS is your point of contact for any delivery questions or issues.

My order status shows as delivered but I never received anything. What do I do?

Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands. If it says your items were delivered, but you did not receive anything, the next step would be to call USPS.

My package is lost/stolen. What can you do?

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the order has been confirmed as delivered. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase and make sure your package will be delivered to a safe area.
